Relief Foundation (FFRF), Fajiri Family Global Organization (FFGO) with a membership base
around the world (this “Website”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) set
forth the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the Website. For the
purposes of these Terms of Use, “FFRF” “FFGO” “Fajiri” or “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall refer to
the party with whom you are contracting. We are an Non-Government Organization (NGO),
Registered Charity Foundation at the CAC RC#: 7950725 with its registered office at 20, Aba
Close, Along Tafawa Balewa Road, Area 8 Garki, Abuja, Nigeria, Africa.
These Terms of Use describe your rights and responsibilities while using this Website and
related services. These Terms of Use govern any information, content, messages, service,
software and database available through the website. Please note that other Fajiri member
services and Fajiri websites may be governed by additional terms and/or privacy information.

this Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with

1. The Website Overview

The FFRF is designed for registered active members in good standing to run its affairs and
activities. We are an NGO whose mandate, constitution and article is to cater to the needs of its
active members around the world that are financially struggling, going through hard times and
providing emergency and financial relief to the hungry, hospitalized, poor, underprivileged,
disabled, homeless, orphans, widows and opening up opportunities and a means to live a
better tomorrow for many.
We adhere strictly and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customers
(KYC) regarding all donations that are made through our online gateway and transactions.

2. Accessing and Use of the Website

To register as an active member of the FFRF, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or legally
an adult in the jurisdiction you are based in and you are able to understand and agree to the
terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use. If
you are under the age of 18 years, or a minor, you may use this Website only with the
involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary
basis and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, restrict the availability of all or
any part of this Website for operational reasons or change all or any part of the Website without
notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for
any period.
If you are a user located or accessing the Website in the jurisdiction where we are fully
registered and licensed, you are contracting with the FFRF in that jurisdiction.

In addition, when using this Website or registering as a Fajiri member, you will be subject to

Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and Members Roles and regulations policies. All such
terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service, however, in case of
any conflict these Terms of Use will take precedence. Any such conflicts shall be resolved by
the FFRF, and all such determinations shall be final.

4. Membership Registration

Private and corporate regular donors are under no obligation to register as a full member of the
FFRF. However, it will be in their best interests to register with Fajiri to access and use our
Website and enjoy additional benefits and rewards. If you choose to register as a member, you
agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
You must register on this Website using your true identity. You must keep your registration
information up to date. To create an account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, you
must have a valid government issued ID card and you agree that Fajiri reserves the right to
verify your identity on account creation to comply with our AML and KYC policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

This Website and its content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, unfair
competition and other laws and may not be used, copied, distributed, imitated or posted, in
whole or in part, except as expressly provided herein. All images shown here have been
digitized by us. No other party is authorized to reproduce or republish these digital versions in
any format whatsoever without our prior written permission. All copyright, trademarks and all
other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this Website shall
remain at all times vested in us.

6. Copyright Infringement of your Content

7. Transfer of Agreement

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organization.
We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not
affect your rights under these Terms of Use.

8. Limited License; Restriction on Website use

Subject to your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use, FFRF grants you a limited,
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, store, bookmark, download and print
the content within the Website for your personal, informational, and noncommercial use or to the
extent permitted by the FFRF.

purpose, including the development, training, fine-tuning or validation of AI systems or models.

methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of this Website or any

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any
dispute which arises in the course of or following the performance of the present contract will be
definitively settled under the auspices of The Nigerian Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, by
means of arbitration and to the exclusion of courts of law, in accordance with its General
Commercial Arbitration Rules in force at the time this contract is signed and to which the parties
declare they have adhered. By using this Website, you agree that disputes will be resolved by
arbitration and you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action in any
jurisdiction.
